Terms of Service

The terms on which we provide this website and accept appointment requests.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site and contact us directly at +41 22 000 00 00.

2. Not medical advice

Information published here is general and educational. It does not constitute a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for an in-person examination by a qualified clinician.

If you have a dental emergency, severe pain, facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or uncontrolled bleeding, seek urgent care immediately rather than waiting for a reply through this site.

3. Appointment requests

Submitting an appointment request does not create a confirmed booking. An appointment exists only once our reception has confirmed the date, time and clinician with you directly.

We may need to reschedule appointments for clinical or staffing reasons. We will give you as much notice as we can and offer the earliest alternative.

4. Treatment outcomes

Every case is individual. Photographs, timelines and results shown on this site illustrate what treatment can involve; they are not a promise of a particular outcome for you. Your clinician will explain realistic expectations, alternatives and risks before you consent.

5. Fees

Prices shown are indicative ranges. A written treatment plan with itemised fees is provided after examination, and it governs what you are charged.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access data you are not entitled to, scrape content at scale, or submit false information through our forms.

7. Intellectual property

Text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to Lumière Dental Studio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

We take care to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the site is error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for clinical negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

This document is template wording provided for demonstration purposes. It is not legal advice and does not confirm compliance with any specific regulation. Have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel in your jurisdiction before publishing it for a real practice.
