Use the booking form on this site, call the studio, or send an email. New patient appointments are longer than routine reviews because they include a full examination and treatment discussion.

What happens at a first visit?

A full clinical examination, any necessary radiographs, photographs, a discussion of your concerns and a written summary of options with costs. No treatment is carried out without your agreement.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice so the appointment can be offered to another patient. Details are set out on the cancellation policy page.

Do you publish prices?

We quote after consultation. Treatment costs depend on your diagnosis, and publishing a single figure would be misleading. You receive a written, itemised plan before treatment begins.

Can I spread the cost?

Larger plans are usually staged, and each phase is invoiced as it is completed. Speak to reception about available arrangements.

Yes. Tell us when you book. We schedule longer appointments, agree a stop signal, and work at a pace you set. Nothing is done without warning you first.

Do you offer second opinions?

Yes. Bring any radiographs or treatment plans you already have and we will review them and explain the reasoning behind the options.

Can treatment be completed in one trip?

Some treatments can, others cannot — implants in particular require a healing period. We plan the number of visits honestly before you book travel.

Can I have a remote consultation first?

Yes. Send photographs and any existing scans through the consultation request form and we will arrange a video appointment.
