Lumière Dental Studio was founded in 2009 on a simple premise: patients make better decisions when they are given time, evidence and honest alternatives.
Our story
Why the studio exists
The founding clinicians shared a frustration: patients regularly arrived carrying treatment plans they did not understand, for work they had not been given time to consider.
So the studio was designed differently. Consultations are longer. Plans are written down and itemised. Complex cases are reviewed by more than one clinician before anything is proposed.
That takes more time per patient. It also means far fewer plans get abandoned halfway through, and far fewer patients feel rushed into work they later regret.

Diagnose thoroughly
Most treatment failures trace back to incomplete diagnosis rather than poor execution.
Treat conservatively
Enamel and healthy tooth structure cannot be replaced. We remove as little as the case allows.
Explain plainly
You should be able to repeat your treatment plan to someone else after leaving the appointment.
Measure outcomes
Gum scores, radiographs and photographs are recorded so progress can be assessed objectively.

How the studio has developed
2009
The studio opens with two surgeries and a preventive-first model of care.
2013
3D imaging introduced, allowing implant cases to be planned digitally end to end.
2017
Dedicated endodontic surgery added, with treatment carried out under the microscope.
2021
International patient coordination formalised, including remote consultations.
2024
Full digital workflow: scanning, design and in-house production of restorations.
