How we collect, use, store and protect personal and health information.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Who we are

Lumière Dental Studio operates this website and the dental services described on it. Our registered address is 12 Rue des Cliniques, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland.

For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at hello@lumiere-dental.demo or +41 22 000 00 00.

2. Information we collect

Contact details you provide: name, email address, telephone number, country of residence and any message you write in our contact or appointment request forms.

Clinical information collected in the practice: medical and dental history, examination findings, radiographs and photographs, treatment plans, and notes recorded during your care.

Technical information collected automatically: device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited and referring website.

3. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, arrange and confirm appointments, deliver and record clinical care, issue invoices and receipts, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.

To improve the website and understand which information patients find useful. We do not sell personal data and we do not use clinical data for advertising.

4. Legal bases

We process contact data on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to you. We process health data for the provision of health care, and to comply with legal obligations that apply to dental practices.

5. Sharing

We share information only where necessary: with dental laboratories and specialists involved in your treatment, with our secure IT and payment providers acting under contract, and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. Retention

Clinical records are retained for the period required by professional and statutory rules in our jurisdiction. Website enquiry data is kept for a shorter period unless it becomes part of a clinical record.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your records, ask us to correct inaccurate information, object to certain processing, request erasure where no legal duty requires retention, and receive a copy of data you provided in a portable form.

To exercise a right, write to hello@lumiere-dental.demo. We may ask you to verify your identity before we release records.

8. Security

Records are held in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit, role-based permissions and audit logging. Staff receive confidentiality training and access only what their role requires.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.

This document is template wording provided for demonstration purposes. It is not legal advice and does not confirm compliance with any specific regulation. Have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel in your jurisdiction before publishing it for a real practice.
