Accessibility Statement

We want every patient to be able to use this website and visit the studio comfortably.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of design and development, not as a later correction.

2. What we have built in

Full keyboard navigation with visible focus, a skip link to the main content, semantic headings and landmarks, labelled form fields with errors announced to assistive technology, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and colour contrast checked against AA thresholds.

Interactive elements such as the before-and-after comparison can be operated with arrow keys as well as a pointer, and animation is reduced automatically when your system requests it.

3. In the practice

Step-free access to reception and treatment rooms, an accessible bathroom, hearing-loop-compatible consultation, longer appointment slots on request, and support for anxious patients including quieter times of day.

Tell us in advance what would help and we will arrange it before you arrive.

4. Known limitations

Some embedded third-party content, such as maps and video players, may not fully meet our standard. If you hit a barrier there, contact us and we will provide the same information in another format.

5. Feedback

If any part of this site or our premises is difficult to use, please tell us at hello@lumiere-dental.demo or +41 22 000 00 00. We treat accessibility reports as priority fixes and will respond with what we intend to do.
